Your school can take advantage of the discounts listed here by paying a 50% deposit on the estimated number of diplomas needed on an annual basis, OR by ordering these quantities at one time.

• Prices listed on this page are for diplomas either shipped at one time OR spread out in separate shipments over a period of one year where a 50% deposit has been paid in advance. (See additional information below about orders not shipped at one time.)

• The price list above is for diploma orders which utilize a single diploma template, where the only variable data is the student name and graduation date We will set up a template for your school's diploma. Whenever you are ready to purchase diplomas, you can come to our school order forms and give us the names and date (or dates) for the diplomas.

• Prices include a diploma cover from the colors we stock. Our stock colors are navy, black, maroon, red, green, and royal blue in the 8.5” x 11” size. We also have navy, black and red in the 6” x 8” size, and navy and black in the 7” x 9” size.

• Personalization on diploma cover: There is a $12.95 per line set up charge for diploma cover stamping. One set-up charge pays for the stamping on all diploma covers in one order. If you pay a deposit on a year's worth of diplomas, we will stamp the covers at one time and store them so that they are ready for your orders. If you would like us to stamp your school's logo on the diploma covers, we can do that, too. There is a one-time die charge and also a set-up fee that varies with the number of covers we are stamping at one time.

• Your own foil seal on the diploma: We can set up your template to use a single color foil seal on your diploma, using your own artwork. There is a $25 one-time set up fee the first time we do a foil run for you. There is a "per-diploma" cost for the custom foil seal, as indicated on the chart above. We must have you provide us with 300 dpi electronic artwork in black and white (not grey scale) in order to use your artwork for the foil seal.
  
  
• Options: The order forms offer various options. You may add an "honors" seal to the diploma for $1.95, or hand calligraphy for $4.95 per diploma. The student's names may also be stamped in the corner of the diploma cover for $12.95 each.
  

   

Orders that are not shipped at one time:

• Some schools have us ship directly to their students. There is a $2.25 handling charge on each shipment that is sent directly to the student. (We can put your signatures on the template. There is a $15 art charge per signature when setting up the template.)

• To lock in these prices for an order which is not shipped at one time, 50% of the order must be paid in advance. The balance is paid on each part of the order at the time it is shipped. (Example: A school expects to have 10 graduates in December and 20 in June. They will lock in the price on an order of 30 by paying for 50% of all 30 diplomas in advance. (50% of $16.98 = $8.49. A deposit of 30 x $8.49, or $254.70 would be paid up front.) When they give us the names for the December diplomas, they would pay the balance ofl $8.49 each x 10 diplomas plus the shipping costs.

• If additional diplomas are needed, they may be purchased at the same price.

• If fewer diplomas are need than have been ordered, the remaining balance will be refunded, minus any adjustment that might need to be made if the price category changes
  

Stamped diploma covers for orders that are not shipped at one time:

• We stamp the covers for an entire order at the time it is placed and the 50% deposit is paid. If the order is not shipped at one time, we store the covers up to one year

• A school that needs more diplomas than they have initially expected may purchase additional diplomas at the same price, but there is a $12.95 per line set up fee to stamp any additional covers needed to fill the order.

Stamped covers that remain after one year:

• May be transferred to the next year’s order

• May be shipped to the school upon payment of the difference between the deposit paid and the current rate for stamped diploma covers, plus shipping costs

• If, within 30 days after the end of the one year period, the school neither places another order nor pays the balance on the diploma covers, they will be discarded.
