if you have ordered but don't have a template established,

 


The first step is to decide whether there is an advantage to having us set your school up in our database with an established template.

  • We charge $20 to do the artwork to set up a template for you. This charge includes up to two e-mailed pdf proofs. Once it is established, you can simply provide names and dates whenever you need a diploma. This saves you the trouble of remembering which wording, which diploma cover, which seal, and which paper to order.

  • If you would never need more than 4 diplomas at one time, there is no price advantage to setting up a template; the only advantage is convenience, and the continuity provided in the case of a change of administration at your school.

  • Without a template set up, you can still order from the regular pages of our web site. If you give the same information each time, your diplomas will be identical. Unfortunately, it is not always easy for us to locate information from your previous orders, so if you don't have us set up a template for you, we suggest that you keep a copy of your last order receipt in a place where you can find it!
